Each project is handled in consultation with the client in order to provide a service that meets their expectations as closely as possible.
Ongoing and open communication enables me to identify specific needs and tailor my offer and the way I handle the project from the start to the end of a contract, as well as beyond.

Technical resources
I work in Windows and Linux environments, using the Microsoft Office and LibreOffice suites. This enables me to handle source documents of all types and in a wide range of formats:
- word processing
- spreadsheets
- presentations
- PDFs
- posters (InDesign, Scribus)
- images (The GIMP, Inkscape)
- HTML
- websites
I use CAT tools (SDL Trados Studio, OmegaT, client-specific tools) which enable me to translate more quickly, using translation memories and a specialist glossary, and to produce a translated document that is faithful to the client’s source document.
Data security
Documents entrusted to me by clients and associated data are stored securely and backed up daily, in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
My company’s work computers are equipped with encrypted hard drives to ensure data confidentiality and prevent any risk of disclosure.
Client documents are never sent to or stored on online file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
The retention period for my clients’ documents complies with the agreements signed with them.
When you entrust your project to me, you can therefore rest assured that your documents and data are secure and that their confidentiality is respected from start to finish.
The risk of losing work data whilst I am carrying out my translations is kept to a minimum, which significantly reduces any potential delays caused by IT failures.
